COMPANY HISTORY
John E. Denton the founder of Denton and Associates entered into the Insurance and security field in 1986/1987. He started Denton and Associates in 1994 at which time he was joined by his wife , Susan. In 1998, his son Chris joined in the family business. Being a family owned and operated business, Denton and Associates wanted to be a little different in the insurance and security field. In order to do this some guidelines had to be set down. These are the guidelines that were set :
- Give the client the best service that we could provide.
- Make every effort to save the client money on their products without loss of benefits.
- Establish a need for that particular product before anything would be sold to a client.
- Do not replace product that did not have a good reason for replacing it.
- Always be up front with the client and tell them the truth.
- Continually survey the market for better products for our clients.
- Strive to do the due dilligence on each company we use staying with A rated or better companies if at all possible.
- Become an expert in the product we are selling.
- Never let money be the factor in making a sale!
- Use multiple companies to fit the individual needs of different clients.
As a result of these simple but effective rules Denton and Associates has continued to keep growing every year.
